How to place an order?

Step 1. Select the product you would like to place an order for. You can choose the item by checking them out under different categories. Once selected click ‘Buy’.
Step 2. Select the additional products you would like to send along with it and click the ‘ Add to Cart’ button.
Step 3. Once selected you will see the final cart with the total amount to be verified. Go ahead with the ‘Check Out’ button.
Step 4. The checkout page is important. Carefully fill in all the details, select the date of delivery and the personalised message you would like to send with the gift.
Step 5. Verify the details and proceed to ‘Submit Order’.
Step 6. Select the payment mode and complete the payment on our secured payment gateway.

What is the payment method, and can it be made in cash?

How will I know when my order has been delivered?
When the order is delivered, we send a confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your SweetsnPetals account.

Can I cancel my order, and if so, how do I go about doing it?
Orders can only be canceled up to 48 hours before delivery. Cancellation of order shall be made on e-mail with the Subject: "Cancellation Request" and sent to support@sweetsnpetals.com
