Terms And Conditions:
1. General
SweetsnPetals is an online platform run by SweetsnPetals, a partnership firm, dealing in the delivery of flowers, cakes, gifts, chocolates, etc. Terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed on this site are listed on this page.
2. Timings of delivery:
All same-day orders must be placed latest by 5 p.m. on the same day. After that, all orders other than special Mid Night delivery will be considered for delivery no later than the next day.
We do not promise a specified delivery time; however, our standard delivery hours are 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Clients can request certain delivery dates in the Special Instructions section of the Payment form, and; we will do our best to comply with the client's request.
3. Discounts:
All discounts are determined by the SweetsnPetals staff, Discounts, and special offers cannot be combined as per policies in vogue from time to time.
4. Address Change:
Any changes to the recipient’s address will be accommodated free of charge and is only possible if informed 6 hours ahead of delivery time. After that, no changes will be accepted, nor orders will be canceled.
5. Order Change:
If asked 06 hours ahead of the actual delivery, alterations to the order can be accommodated with corresponding monetary adjustments. No changes will be accepted thereafter and the order will not be canceled.
6. Product Description/ Substitution:
Because of varied vendors and seasonal limits, the floral arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of those exhibited on site. Although the quantity of product will remain the same if substitutions are required due to the non-availability of the product the substitutes will be of similar or superior quality. Under this scenario, the change in color of flowers due to nonavailability must also be taken into account. Similarly, the icing and style of the cake may differ from the photograph.
7. Damaged deliveries:
Any reports of damaged products/flowers will be addressed on the same day of delivery, latest within 24 hours of delivery. The problem report must be accompanied by proof of the product's image.
8. Rules for delivery:
a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to anyone else and shall be considered delivered if the recipient is not available. If the recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.
b) SweetsnPetals will be able to attempt delivery only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
2. Recipient not available.
3. Premises locked.
4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number informed, which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
9. Rules for Duplicate Orders:
If SweetsnPetals finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get it clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will have to take a decision ourselves in this regard which shall be final.
10. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings, or any other reason, we reserve the right to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable in this regard.
11. Right of Refusal:
We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group, or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group, or business unit solely of our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.
12. SweetsnPetals may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Haryana.
13. These Terms and Conditions, together with SweetsnPetals’ Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these ‘Terms and Conditions’, constitute the entire agreement between you and SweetsnPetals with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and SweetsnPetals with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
14. We would like to send Updates/ Offers/ Promotions to you and request your consent. We would like to send Marketing Offers and Events to You (or) to our registered customers, I understand that SweetsnPetals can send transactional and promotional SMS or WhatsApp messages on my registered phone number and on my registered email, with the sole purpose to have information about our products or services as receive your valuable feedback.
